1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

2 Eligibility

To register for and use a g9999 Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Services:

1. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
2. You must be at least 21 years of age. g9999 strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 and reserves the right to request age-verification documents at any time.
3. You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is not prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online betting in your jurisdiction before placing any wager.
4. You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Territory as defined by g9999 from time to time. g9999 does not knowingly accept registrations from jurisdictions where access to such services is expressly forbidden.
5. You must not be subject to any court order, regulatory direction, or self-exclusion arrangement that restricts your ability to gamble.
6. You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
7. You must not currently hold another active g9999 Account. Only one Account per person is permitted.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of g9999 Services, you must create a Member Account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and preferred payment method details.

By submitting a registration application, you represent and warrant that:

• All information provided is true, accurate, and up to date. You must promptly update your Account details if your circumstances change.
• You have not previously had a g9999 Account suspended or terminated for a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You are registering for personal entertainment purposes only and not for any commercial, professional, or arbitrage purpose.
• You understand that g9999 reserves the right to decline any registration at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

g9999 may, at its discretion, implement a verification step (KYC) at or after registration. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawal functionality restricted until the required documents are submitted and approved. Accepted KYC documents include a valid national identity card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo ID, together with proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account on g9999 at any given time. The existence of duplicate Accounts is grounds for immediate suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any Funds or winnings held therein.

4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

• You agree to notify g9999 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach involving your credentials.
• g9999 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain credential confidentiality.
• All actions taken through your Account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — are deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified g9999 of a security breach prior to those actions.
• g9999 uses 256-bit SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to protect Account and transaction data. However, no system is entirely infallible; you accept residual risk as part of using an online platform.

5 Deposits

g9999 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following locally supported payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. All deposit amounts are denominated and credited in IDR.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

1. The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000 per transaction. A maximum deposit limit per transaction may apply depending on your Account status and payment method; consult the cashier page for current limits.
2. Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. g9999 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits identified as originating from a third party will be returned and the associated Account reviewed.
3. g9999 does not charge a deposit fee. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply its own transaction fees independently; g9999 has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such charges.
4. Deposits are generally credited to your Account within minutes of successful transfer confirmation. In rare cases involving banking system delays, crediting may take longer; contact support if a deposit is not reflected within 30 minutes of successful transfer.
5. g9999 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that triggers internal risk thresholds, including requesting source-of-funds documentation before crediting or releasing funds.
6. Deposited Funds that have not been wagered may be returned to the originating payment method upon request, subject to identity verification. Funds that have been wagered are not eligible for refund on the basis of a change of mind.

6 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the g9999 cashier. All withdrawals are processed in IDR to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the Member's own name. g9999 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

1. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000 per transaction. A maximum per-transaction withdrawal limit may apply; see the cashier page for current figures.
2. g9999 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for bank transfer withdrawals and under 5 minutes for e-wallet withdrawals. These timeframes are targets, not guarantees; processing may take longer during periods of high volume or where additional verification is required.
3. g9999 does not charge a withdrawal fee. Receiving bank or e-wallet fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Member.
4. KYC completion is required before the first withdrawal is processed. You will be asked to submit a clear copy of your KTP or passport and, where applicable, a selfie holding the document.
5. Withdrawals of funds derived from Bonus credit are subject to the Wagering Requirements specified in Section 7 (Bonuses & Promotions) and the relevant promotion terms. Withdrawal requests submitted before Wagering Requirements are met may be declined and returned to the Account balance.
6. g9999 reserves the right to perform additional verification checks before approving any withdrawal of Rp 10.000.000 or more, including requesting source-of-funds documentation.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

g9999 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing Members. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the general conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general conditions, the promotion-specific terms prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, Bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. The applicable multiplier will be stated on the promotion page (e.g., a 10× wagering requirement on a Rp 100.000 Bonus means you must wager a total of Rp 1.000.000 before the Bonus balance becomes withdrawable).
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified on the promotion page. As a general guide, slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games 10–20%, and sports bets at the applicable odds requirement.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated on the promotion page. Unused Bonus balances will be forfeited upon expiry.
• One Bonus at a Time: Members may not hold more than one active Bonus simultaneously unless g9999 expressly states otherwise for a specific promotion.
• Abuse and Fraud Prevention: g9999 actively monitors betting patterns for evidence of Bonus abuse, including low-risk hedging, systematic arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account exploitation. Accounts found to be abusing Bonus terms will have Bonus balances and associated winnings forfeited and may be permanently suspended.
• Right to Withdraw Promotions: g9999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Betting & Game Rules

All bets and game rounds on g9999 are governed by the specific rules of the product being used (sportsbook, live casino, slots, togel, crash games). The following general principles apply across all Services:

1. Finality of Results: Once a bet is confirmed or a game round is completed, the result is final. g9999 will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of a verified technical error or manifest error in odds pricing (see clause 8.3).
2. Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting products and are displayed at the point of wagering. Stakes outside the permitted range will be automatically adjusted or rejected.
3. Palpable Errors: If g9999 offers odds or game outcomes that contain a manifest error (e.g., odds that are clearly incorrect due to a data feed or pricing error), g9999 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and return stakes to Members' Accounts.

• Colluding with other players in live casino games or multiplayer betting products to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw Funds using a payment method not registered in your own name.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the g9999 platform — including but not limited to the g9999 name, logo, graphical design, software, text, images, data feeds, and game assets — is the exclusive property of g9999 or its licensed third-party content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content without written authorisation.
• Scrape, index, or systematically harvest data from the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

5. Losses caused by events of force majeure, including natural disasters, acts of government, pandemics, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.

Where liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, g9999's total cumulative liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13 Termination

g9999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without notice, if g9999 reasonably determines that:

• You have engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activity on the platform.

• Continuation of your Account would violate applicable law.

You may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting g9999 support. Upon closure, any remaining verified Funds will be returned to your registered payment method, net of any Bonus balances or wagering obligations outstanding at the time of closure. Accounts closed under a self-exclusion arrangement are governed by the Responsible Gaming provisions in Section 9.

14 Amendments

g9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version of the Terms & Conditions is always accessible on this page, and the effective date at the top of the document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.
